Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and dark chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
