Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla, and egg.
- Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Shape the dough into a circle about 1 inch thick and cut it into wedges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
