Delightful mini burgers shaped like pumpkins, perfect for autumn gatherings and festive celebrations.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Condiments for serving
  • Pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into slider-sized patties.
  3. If desired, use a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter to create pumpkin shapes.
  4. Cook sliders on a grill or stovetop over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Top each slider with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  6. Assemble sliders in buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and condiments. Serve warm.

Notes

Consider using whole-grain sliders or lettuce wraps for a low-carb option. Ensure the patties are not over-mixed for the best texture.
