- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 cups blueberries
- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place half of it in the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread cubes.
- Place the remaining bread cubes on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries.
- Cover the dish with foil and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the casserole rest in the refrigerator overnight to enhance flavor and texture. You can substitute blueberries with other fruits like strawberries or bananas.
