  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

  • Baguette or crusty bread
  • Brie cheese
  • Grapes (red or green)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the bread for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the bread is baking, wash the grapes and place them on another baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle the grapes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  7. Remove both the bread and grapes from the oven.
  8. Add slices of Brie on each piece of toasted bread.
  9. Top with the roasted grapes and a sprinkle of fresh thyme if desired.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality bread for the best texture and flavor. Allow grapes to cool slightly before serving for temperature contrast.
