Ingredients
- Baguette or crusty bread
- Brie cheese
- Grapes (red or green)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake the bread for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is baking, wash the grapes and place them on another baking sheet.
- Drizzle the grapes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Remove both the bread and grapes from the oven.
- Add slices of Brie on each piece of toasted bread.
- Top with the roasted grapes and a sprinkle of fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
