- 4 slices of brioche bread
- Trout roe for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced salmon with olive oil, lime juice, chopped chives, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- For the avocado mousse, blend the avocado with lime juice until smooth, adding salt to taste.
- Toast the brioche slices until golden brown.
- To assemble, top each slice of brioche with the prepared salmon tartare and a dollop of avocado mousse.
- Garnish with trout roe before serving.
