Delicious low-carb rolls filled with sautéed beef, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese, perfect for meal prep or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto-friendly dough or wraps (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened and aromatic, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt into the mixture.
  4. If using keto-friendly wraps, roll the beef and cheese mixture in them; otherwise, serve as is.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese or toppings if desired.

Notes
