- 1 lb sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto-friendly dough or wraps (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened and aromatic, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and let it melt into the mixture.
- If using keto-friendly wraps, roll the beef and cheese mixture in them; otherwise, serve as is.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese or toppings if desired.
Notes
For meal prep, sauté and freeze the filling for quick reheating. Consider using alternative cheese or veggies for variations.
