Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 large Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (or substitute with mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Milk (whole or low-fat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the sauce while it heats.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add flour and whisk until nutty smelling.
  4. Slowly pour in milk while whisking until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  6. On a sheet pan, arrange chicken and potatoes; drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
  8. Bake until cooked through and golden, about 30-35 minutes.

Notes

Feel free to swap vegetables or cheeses according to your preference. For spiciness, add crushed red pepper or cajun seasoning.
