- 2 large Potatoes, diced

- 1 cup Milk (whole or low-fat)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the sauce while it heats.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until aromatic.
- Add flour and whisk until nutty smelling.
- Slowly pour in milk while whisking until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- On a sheet pan, arrange chicken and potatoes; drizzle with olive oil.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake until cooked through and golden, about 30-35 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to swap vegetables or cheeses according to your preference. For spiciness, add crushed red pepper or cajun seasoning.
