- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Open the biscuit package and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a scoop of the seafood mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake according to the biscuit package directions, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For dairy-free adaptations, use silken tofu and dairy-free cheese. Can also be made gluten-free with an appropriate biscuit dough.
