  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit package and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a scoop of the seafood mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake according to the biscuit package directions, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For dairy-free adaptations, use silken tofu and dairy-free cheese. Can also be made gluten-free with an appropriate biscuit dough.
