Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, ranch seasoning mix, and salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a large snowman body with one larger ball for the bottom and a smaller ball for the head.
  3. Place the cheese balls on a serving platter.
  4. Decorate the snowman using black olives or peppercorns for eyes and buttons, and a carrot for the nose.
  5. Optional: dust with melting chocolate or cocoa powder for an added festive touch.
  6. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or vegetables for dipping.
