A silky and bright sauce combining butter, garlic, chili, and lemon that works wonderfully with pasta, seafood, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chili garlic sauce and smoked paprika.
  4. Cook for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over pasta, seafood, or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Use unsalted butter to control salt, and adjust lemon and spice to personal taste.
