Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
2–4 tbsp warm water
1/2 tsp sriracha (optional)
Instructions
1. Add peanut butter to a medium bowl.
2. Whisk in soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, and lime juice.
3. Add garlic and ginger.
4. Gradually whisk in warm water until smooth.
5. Add sriracha if using.
6. Taste and adjust.
Notes
Use smooth peanut butter for best texture.
Microwave peanut butter if too stiff to mix.
