- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 (14 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed
- Additional strawberries and bananas for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with the vanilla extract.
- Whisk the pudding mix and milk until thick in another bowl.
- Layer crushed graham crackers, banana slices, strawberries, and the cheesecake mixture in a serving dish.
- Repeat layering, ending with the cheesecake layer.
- Garnish with extra banana slices and strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better blending. Fresh fruits yield the best flavor.
