  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 (14 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed
  • Additional strawberries and bananas for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk the pudding mix and milk until thick in another bowl.
  5. Layer crushed graham crackers, banana slices, strawberries, and the cheesecake mixture in a serving dish.
  6. Repeat layering, ending with the cheesecake layer.
  7. Garnish with extra banana slices and strawberries.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for better blending. Fresh fruits yield the best flavor.
