Small jewel-like truffles with a creamy strawberry center and a white chocolate shell.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped (or strawberry flavoring)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries or strawberry flavoring.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate to coat, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy!

Notes

Chill the formed balls on a tray before dipping to reduce the chance of cracking the shell.
