Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

- Spread the ricotta mixture on each toasted slice of bread.
- Top with fresh sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
