- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup. Ensure even sizing of the florets for uniform cooking.
