- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Use your hands to mash the mixture together until sticky and clumpy.
- Shape the mixture into burger patties and place them on a lined baking tray, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize the ingredients with shredded carrots, cooked quinoa, or spices according to your taste. Pair with baked sweet potatoes or a salad.
