- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green beans or peas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- If using, mix in green beans or peas.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious leftovers!
Notes
Work with room-temperature turkey for even heating. Check that the filling isn’t dry and rest the casserole for 5 minutes before serving.
