Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies using a spatula.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
