  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Gently toss until the blueberries are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, rolled oats, and chopped almonds.
  4. Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix until a crumbly mixture forms.
  5. Pour the blueberry mixture into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  6. Top the blueberry mixture with the crumbly oat mixture.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
