Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
