- 12 ounces Spaghetti
- 1 pound Chicken breast, diced
- 8 ounces Burrata cheese
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the chicken and tomato mixture, coating the pasta evenly.
- Top with burrata cheese and toasted pine nuts before serving.
Notes
Make sure to not overcook the spaghetti; serve immediately for the best texture.
