  • 1 pound Chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces Burrata cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the chicken and tomato mixture, coating the pasta evenly.
  5. Top with burrata cheese and toasted pine nuts before serving.
