Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and soy sauce.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken breasts until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour cranberry-orange glaze over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
