- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or chicken broth to a boil and add grits. Cook according to package instructions until thickened.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve the shrimp mixture over a bed of grits, garnished with chopped green onions.
