Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring an even coat.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt. Can be made gluten-free or vegetarian with ingredient substitutions.
