Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring an even coat.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt. Can be made gluten-free or vegetarian with ingredient substitutions.
