Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Pour the cheese and seasoning mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving to enhance flavor and presentation.
