- Crackers or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, fresh herbs, minced garlic, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to firm up.
- If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
Keep the cream cheese at room temperature for easy mixing. Toast nuts lightly for better flavor if using for coating. Serve slightly chilled.
