Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full fat)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (no added sugar)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup fresh spinach or kale (optional)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
3–4 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add almond milk to the blender as your liquid base.
2. Spoon in the Greek yogurt for creaminess and gut support.
3. Toss in the frozen berries and spinach.
4. Add the protein powder and chia seeds for fullness and energy.
5. Sprinkle in cinnamon or ginger if using.
6. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
7. Taste and adjust thickness with more milk or ice.
8. Serve immediately or store chilled for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Use low-carb protein powder without added sugars.
You can swap almond milk with oat or coconut milk.
